Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or workspace has been accessed without authorisation.

A workspace owner controls who may join their workspace and what each member can see. Members may only use workspace data for the production work it was collected for. Removing a member immediately revokes their access to that workspace's projects, receipts and reports.

Do not attempt to breach access controls, reverse engineer the service, upload unlawful content, or use Wrap Report to store payment card numbers or other credentials. We may suspend accounts that place the service or other customers at risk.

You keep ownership of the receipts, images, project data and reports you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, back up and display that content so the service can function for you and your workspace.

Plan entitlements — team members, OCR volume and storage — are enforced per workspace. Trials convert only with an explicit action; we do not silently charge an account.

We work to keep Wrap Report available and durable, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.

You may stop using Wrap Report at any time and request deletion of your workspace data. We may end access for material breach of these terms after reasonable notice where practical.

If we make a material change to these terms we will notify account owners before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
