Privacy Policy

Account details you provide (name, email address, profile photo), the workspace content you create (projects, receipts, expenses, returns, notes, reports), and operational records such as sign-in events, usage counters and error diagnostics.

Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us or stored in the application. If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive only your basic profile and verified email address — never your provider password.

To operate your workspace, authenticate you, extract totals from receipts, enforce plan limits, send transactional and reminder email, secure the service, and support you when you ask for help.

Workspace data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security so records are only readable by members of the workspace they belong to. Receipt files are held in private storage and served through short-lived signed links.

We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, database, storage, email delivery and OCR processing) under contract, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data or use your workspace content for advertising.

Workspace content is retained while your account is active. You can delete projects, receipts and files at any time; deleting a file also releases its storage allocation. Ask us to delete an account and we remove its personal data, keeping only records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

You can review and correct your profile, adjust notification and appearance preferences, export reports, and request a copy or deletion of your data.
